Polyester chemical fiber has a wide range of uses in the application, in addition to traditional clothing, is developing to the industry such as automobile, construction, building indoor and outdoor decoration, labor protection and other fields. Generally, Fabrics with polyester yarn have these properties: poor hygroscopicity,  high strength and elastic recovery ability; therefore, it is durable, anti-wrinkle, and ironing-free. Also polyester is the best heat-resistant fabric among synthetic fabrics and the light Fastness of polyester fabric is pretty good. It also has good resistance to various chemicals. The appearance of polyester yarn fabric is darker than nylon yarn, and the hand feel is rougher than nylon, and there are obvious marks after nails are scraped.

The mother silk is a compound filament structure like conventional silk, which can be separated into several single filaments, and the mother silk is produced by FDY spinning process. Reasonable spinning temperature is the key to producing mother silk. Spinning temperature is too high will aggravate melt degradation, easy to produce hair, broken head increase, more floating silk, serious sticky plate. Therefore, when producing the mother wire, the screw temperature is controlled at 280-293℃, and the box temperature is controlled at 289-292℃.
