1000rpm--- warp knitting terry towel machine with cotton !

The warp knitted terry towel, widely utilized in our daily lives particularly in cleaning areas due to its microfiber application, has seen a diminishing acceptance from the market when compared to traditional cotton yarn usage. One of the primary reasons for this shift lies in the operational constraints of conventional machines. Most existing machines can only operate at speeds of 500 revolutions per minute (rpm), while the fastest ones are capable of spinning cotton at 800 rpm. This limitation hinders the efficiency and productivity of towel production.

 

Over the course of three years, we have collaborated with universities within China and our dedicated customers to innovate and develop a groundbreaking solution. Our efforts have culminated in the creation of the first 1000 rpm cotton yarn towel knitting machine. This advancement allows for a more efficient and faster production process, enhancing the overall quality and output of the towels.

 

In our new machine, both the loop and carrier yarns are crafted using 21-count cotton yarn. We utilize 75D polyester filament in our GB2 fabric, ensuring a balance between durability and softness. The fabric's weight is precisely set at 400 grams per square meter, providing an optimal texture and thickness. Moreover, the cotton yarn constitutes approximately 92% of the total material, ensuring that the towels maintain their natural feel and texture.

 

Our commitment to quality is further reflected in the towel's shrinkage rate, which is meticulously controlled at around 5%. This precision is crucial for maintaining the towels' integrity and longevity.
