Compound Needle

Compound needle is composed of needle body and needle core. The mutual movement of needle body and needle core makes the needle mouth close or open to complete the knitting of the coil. Compared with the Crochet Warp Knitting Machine of the same machine number, the movement of the slotted needle can be reduced by about a quarter, thus creating conditions for high-speed operation.

Although the compound needle must use a separate drive core mechanism, but it eliminates the pressure plate, and its movement law is much simpler than crochet, and the structure of the transmission mechanism is also relatively simple, which is one of the reasons why it can adapt to high-speed warp knitting machines.
