Separator Needle

The needle is the route the yarn takes from the creel to the warp. The separator needle has three or more shuttles at the same time to thread the needle, and the whole warp yarn is divided into the upper and lower layers in parallel. Separator needle can separate the yarn one by one.

A yarn dividing needle for Raschel warp knitting machines with a fixed base and a yarn threading tube is characterized in that the yarn threading tube is inserted diagonally and fixed in the fixed base. When the yarn is fed through the feed tube, the yarn hairs are restrained by the tube and are not affected by the tongue needles on either side; since the yarn passes through fewer bends, there is less chance of the yarn forming hairs. This way, the yarn can be divided in such a way that the yarn is not fed properly during the weaving process due to the influence of the tongue needle on the yarn hairs.
